WARRANTY

Crampton Wood Craft is committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We will make every effort to provide quality products. Products found to be defective will be replaced, and shipping costs will be reimbursed promptly. Don’t hesitate to communicate any shipping mishaps, damaged items, or missing pieces (it happens sometimes).  We will do our best to make it right.

ERRORS

Although we do our best to represent our product descriptions, inventory levels, and prices fairly, we do make mistakes. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the customer’s money as a full remedy.  Many of the photos in the item description are not the actual product a customer will receive.  Many items are made to order and are made to the same specifications, however, all wood is different and will affect how the stain, paint, finish looks on the completed piece.

REMEMBER

Most of our products are made from wood, which is a living material that responds to its environment. Changes in temperature, and humidity can cause slight movement, expansion, or contractions, and natural variations in color and grain can occur over time. These unique characteristics are not defects, but part of the beauty and authenticity of wood.
